Shipping to USA or Canada
Any applicable customs fees, duties, and shipping costs for purchases shipped to locations in the USA or Canada are paid for by SMS Storetraffic.com, and are included free of charge to you. If sales taxes need to be collected, they will be clearly and collected at checkout.
International Orders (Outside USA and Canada)
Storetraffic will process international orders placed through its secure e-shopping platform. For destination countries other than the United States and Canada***, shipping fees, including the cost of freight, and other shipping expenses, will be charged to the Payment Method upon shipment.

Recipients* of international shipments may be subject to import fees (taxes and customs duties), charged by the destination country’s customs office. Shipping Terms
SMS Storetraffic ships from our facility using FedEx Express or ships from Amazon warehouses. Title and risk of loss to products shall pass to Customer upon shipment from SMS Storetraffic facility. In no event shall SMS Storetraffic have any liability for loss or damage during shipment. SMS Storetraffic shall endeavor to initiate shipment within 2 business days. SMS Storetraffic shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to notice such delay.
Right to refuse Order
To limit the potential for fraud when shipping internationally, SMS Storetraffic reserves the right to refuse an order. In this case, your credit card will be reimbursed. Should this occur, we will communicate with you and offer details or alternatives.
Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Return shipping costs will be assumed by SMS Storetraffic for returns initiated from the USA and Canada only.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, except for the mounting brackets, which are not required to be returned.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
