The order came in quickly and we were taken in charge as soon as we logged in the website. They took the time to ask me questions in order to really understand my needs. The customer support is very good. You get 2 hours of personalized support by video call. The person was kind, patient and she knew her product and software. The hardware is simple to install and the software can seem intimidating, but thanks to the support, it's easy to setup automatic reports. The interface is a bit overwhelming but the employee told me they are working on a new interface to make it more user friendly.

Mike from SMS store traffic is awesome as always. He helped me numerous times with calibrating our new counters and even helping me out earlier instead of waiting for a booking appointment. ease of access and management to all equipments and store traffic counters we have in each store location. everything's terrific. i may not be 100% fully-trained with the software yet but from the looks of it, it's easy to play around with the tool.

$2 The only snag I ran into was that our WiFi wasn’t initially compatible, which led to some tricky rerouting. Since we’re a library, we primarily operate on public connections, and our private network was 5 GHz rather than the required 2.4 GHz. I was able to work around this using a WiFi extender, but it did take a bit of extra effort and technical know-how to set up.

Pros: We like having access to our daily counts to enable us to make smart business decisions from a staff perspective. We also like the ability to run custom reports and have them emailed to our leadership team. Cons: I wish we could get live numbers without paying extra. As such, we can capture our attendance count at the top of every hour, so that's not bad.

Pros: This device provides accurate counts of people visiting our organization's exhibition and retail spaces. The data gathered has been useful in assessing visitor experience and flow, which we have used to inform exhibit design and merchandising. The device was straightforward to mount and has been easy to relocate if needed. The app is also easy to use, and the support team has always responded promptly and been incredibly helpful! Cons: Setup took a few tries while we configured our Wi-Fi to support the device, but support was on hand to offer solutions and we got the device up and running quickly.

Pros: The platform provides accurate and consistent foot-traffic data that helped us understand customer flow patterns over time. The interface is straightforward, exports are reliable, and the support team — especially Sayantani — has been exceptionally responsive and flexible whenever we needed help or custom reports. Their willingness to go above and beyond stood out. Cons: The web dashboard could benefit from more advanced data visualization and trend-comparison tools. Occasional Wi-Fi or power interruptions caused data gaps, and the analytics features could be deeper for larger retail operations.

Pros: easy install by local techs quick response, easy billing pro-active remote technical assistance at no charge Cons: While we have another security camera system, but this one is clearer. Obviously NOT a con, except that I'd love if this camera could capture more of the face for security. While its purpose is to count heads, not bad guys, it sure would be nice.

Pros: The 3D Scope is an outstanding product that surpasses expectations in performance. The support team is highly knowledgeable and always ready to help. Despite its rich feature set, it remains easy to manage and calibrate. Cons: There are no cons right now, all the features we need are there.

Pros: Amazing customer service and training. SMS allows us to efficiently track and manage our traffic and staffing. Cons: I really do not have any cons that I have encountered.

Pros: This product is super easy to use. It is really intuitive, and it is reliable and accurate. The customer service is also quick and excellent. Cons: The only con that I would have is that it cannot integrate to the main page of Heartland, but that is on Heartland, not SMS.

Pros: Easy to use, clear data visualization, accurate people counting, good customer support, good integration with our other systems. Cons: Lacks a remote device management feature, but otherwise no cons.

Pros: SMS door counters make our monthly reporting process so much easier. One of our metrics is the amount of walk-ins to our visitor center and this software help this process to be easier. Cons: System has gone offline and we didn't realize so lost data on those dates. We have improved our internet so hoping this will no longer be an issue.

Pros: The device was easy to set up, it comes with very clear directions, and the customer service for onboarding was exceptional. We worked with Sayantani and she was very helpful with showing us how to set up reports. With the reporting not only do we have a daily count, but we see averages by the day and even by the hour which is helpful for scheduling shifts and break times. Cons: The device does everything we needed and more with all the reporting, We really don't have a con.

Pros: SMS Storetraffic has excellent product support! It is great to be able to schedule a meeting to discuss the product in more detail. Cons: Due to the location of our Pearl sensor, we were experiencing damage to the device by visitors.

Pros: The physical installation was very simple and the WiFi connection was an easy setup as well. My router is far away from the front door so had some connectivity issues initially but the SMS customer service team was responsive in solving the issue by recommending a WiFi extender which solved the problem. I have had the traffic counter in place at my laundromat for almost a year and it's worked flawlessly. I am able to see update traffic counts every 15 min into the store. This data has helped me know which days to be open longer to better serve customers. Cons: I pay for the online subscription to have access to more than 4 weeks of historical data. The online reporting tools aren't as user friendly as I would like but nothing that an export to Excel can't fix.

Pros: The Pearl deploys easily, installs easily and offers valuable insights to foot traffic trends. The API also means we can easily integrate the data to our internal reporting platforms. Cons: Reliance on app for initial setup. Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: Very easy to setup and get online. Great people and support to work with. We worked with the sales and support team so they could better understand our business need. From there, they recommended The 3D SCOPE II LC AI-Powered People Counter and it fit perfectly with what we were trying to do. We quickly received the product and their onboarding team helped us set up the device quickly to begin monitoring our traffic flows. Cons: Right now I don't have much to complain about it. This device has been meeting our business needs. Overall: Everything has been great thus far. We've been up and running at our location for 6+ months with no interruption to services with the device. Once you're online and running you are good to go!

Pros: I like the software automatically sending me reports on the counts as well as telling me when there's an outage of some kind. The reports are gold. Cons: It take a bit of muscle to get the individual units out and back in their holders when changing batteries. It's difficult, but the trade off is they're secure. Overall: I really like this product and the customer support that SMS Storetraffic gives to us. They devices are simple, and the reports are super.

Pros: First, the customer service is very supportive. Anytime I have a question, they are quick to respond and help. They are proactive and setup training sessions with me to help me learn and navigate the system better. Cons: I do not have any cons to list for this door counter system. Pros: I have found SMS Store traffic to be a game changer in the information it can provide to help make critical business decisions such as proper store staffing, how weather impacts store traffic, and the impact of marketing campaigns on store traffic. Cons: Lost of data and it will take time understand all of it but we are starting with a few measurements and will build upon it as we understand more about this tool. Overall: What was most helpful to me was the onboarding training provided with the tool. The training was geared to our application and saved us countless hours in getting up to speed using the tool. Pros: - Having an initial training and then a follow up a month or so later was really helpful because I could make a list of questions that came up as I was utilizing the TMAS software - The "?" on each report leading to a help section article on that report was really helpful as I was learning, as well as having a chat available for anything I was unable to locate in the help section -Being able to schedule reports to send automatically is really nice and saves time weekly - Utilizing these reports has been extremely helpful to identify training opportunities within our staff and make staffing decisions based on traffic trends -As a smaller business that doesn't need to utilize all the reports being able to hide unnecessary ones makes it much easier to navigate to the most used reports Cons: - As a small business with only 4 locations, I'd love a more streamlined report that graphs all four stores performances together on a bar graph or pie graph (depending on the metric) to give an "at a glance" view of month end or quarter end performance of stores compared to each other. So it could be similar to the four graphs report but shows all four stores sales in one pie graph showing which has the highest percentage, show each store's % sold in another, etc. So its a quick easy to navigate over view, easier to picture than a list of numbers in a table at month end to try and compare. - More integration with scheduling software. I manually enter staffing daily so being able to have that auto populate based on our timesheets would be great and save me some time. Having the sales per staff hour and other metrics related to staffing is really awesome but it would be great to have it automatic (we use WhenIWork for scheduling and time sheets) Overall: Will be an integral part of our strategy to grow our business. Having these metrics to refer back will be incredibly valuable and I love having so much data, down to the weather each day to help make staffing decisions and guide my coaching to my retail team.

Pros: - Two different traffic counter solutions depending on the need at the location you need to install it in, camera based and light beam. This allows great flexibility and scalability of the platform as a solution. - More importantly, the support in initial setup of the hardware is great. Hardware setup instructions are well documented and easily searchable on the SMS support site. If you do have issues, their support team is knowledgeable and incredibly responsive in the online chat on their support site. Even before we purchased the platform, their technical support team patiently answered my questions regarding the setup and implementation needs so I could understand the platform better before committing to buy. After purchase I have experienced the same level of support. The hardware ordered from their site ships in a timely manner, often the same day it's ordered. As we have added devices in our environment, SMS has helped with initial setup and calibration as well as monitoring for anomalies after install. Any time I have had a question it has been answered quickly and professionally. The partnership we have seen from them is among the best we have experienced in a third party provider. The reporting platform is robust and their API makes it easy to integrate into your BI tool of choice. Cons: I have found very few cons when working with the team at SMS. The TMAS platform while robust is not the most intuitive, however, the onboarding training and ongoing readily available support offsets any challenges for us. Overall: Our overall experience has been excellent. SMS is diligent and efficient in customer service and support and I would recommend them as a traffic counting solution to any business looking to accurately track entries and exits.

Pros: Easy installation. Fantastic reporting! Customer success was stupendous!!! All my questions were answered immediately. The cost of the Pearl Counter was very affordable for what it provides, and the TMAS software was extremely affordable too. Cons: The software has a slight learning curve, but their customer success team really went above and beyond during the 2 onboarding training sessions to help me understand the system. Overall: SMS Store Traffic made me feel like more than just a customer. Their customer success team made sure that I fully understood the system, and they also asked for details about my business so that I could use our laser counter & the reporting to its fullest. Pros: It keeps great statistics to use for analytics and knowing how many people are in your store and how you can plan for staffing. Cons: We have had some issues with connectivity but it finally got resolved. sometimes loses count but does get resolved fairly easy. Pros: The SMS software is very robust, allowing for POS integration and the importing of staff hours. This allows for a detailed analysis of key metrics related to foot traffic, sales conversions, and staff-to-customer ratios. Traffic can be viewed by device and real-time data is a plus. Support was very knowledgeable and willing to customize based on the needs of our stores. A REST API, mobile app, and automated reporting are also available. Cons: The TMAS interface took some getting used to at first, but after using it for a little while it is more intuitive to navigate. Overall: I'm very pleased we have chosen to utilize SMS Storetraffic as our traffic counting solution, it is robust and well designed.

Pros: This is a very good product for our use inside our Shopping Centre. We get accurate traffic results that we are able to share with our Owners, Investors and our tenants. We have also received very good service during our time using SMS Storetraffic. We receive punctual response to any product issues or concerns we may have which is vital to our business. Cons: We do not have any issues or concerns with either the service or the product. We are now using a 2nd generation product, with our first traffic system lasting many years. Overall: Overall we rely on SMS Storetraffic for its quality product and great customer service. We invested in this new system several years ago and it has been terrific for us ever since.

Pros: Great customer service. Informative data. Love that it syncs with Lightspeed for a traffic vs sales report. Easy to install the device at the door entrance. Cons: The initial TMAS x Lightspeed integration was more difficult than anticipated. Assigning users and passwords could be easier/more simpler to set up and manage. Overall: Great for the price! Having an incredible customer service team has helped us a lot and has made even the more difficult experiences manageable and a breeze. Would recommend.

Pros: The support team, specifically Sayantani, has been absolutely fantastic. As we wanted to learn more about available analytics and upskill our team, she was incredibly helpful time after time. Additionally, when we needed to update our camera settings and needed to audit its operations, the SMS team was very helpful to us. As we grow, we'll definitely stay with them as our partners. Cons: No cons to report. When we had any problems the team helped us audit and update our hardware. When we needed education on the system to get the most use out of it, they were there to help us with multiple trainings. Sayantani has been a great trainer and representative. Overall: Overall it's been fantastic. Dependable product with a user-friendly dashboard and helpful, available, friendly support team. All of this helps us get the most value for the dollars we pay out of this service and its products.

Pros: Accurate fast counts on traffic really adds to the ability to schedule labor accordingly. SMS did an excellent job helping to set up the system and get it online. Cons: Reports are a little quirky to get scheduled but overall work well. Overall: The store traffic counter has been an excellent addition to the data gathering for me this year. It is nice to be able to get store traffic trends in a matter of minutes.

Pros: The support team is eager to assist you is needed. The cameras are pretty accurate also the pictures are very clear. Cons: The reports are a little confusing so I think they should be more user friendly. Overall: It depends on the need of the company is they only want to count the clients or the % or the transactions.

Pros: Easy to install. Inexpensive for its power and capability. no wires. Simple to connect to your network. great support and customer service. reports are easy to understand and it has the capability to work with smartphones, laptops and desktops. Cons: There is not much not to like. We need accurate people counts for daily reports as well as to apply for grants. This does it for us. Overall: We had a situation where we could not run wires and needed a wireless solution. The cost savings of not having to run cables paid for the system itself. It has worked so well we have expanded it into other areas. It has been a great investment.

Pros: Just SOO much data! We love the app for real-time traffic updates too! My favorite part is having saved reports that auto send to me. Cons: I wish there were videos for training. Sometimes reading articles is hard to grasp and setting up a meeting is great but videos would be easier to access. Overall: A great program! So much data available that we don't even need half of it. A great way to connect door traffic with our POS sales.

Pros: Ease of integration into our reporting systems. Granular, detailed data collection. Set it up and forget it. Wifi - no running cables. Cons: Initial hardware installation is sometimes finicky. Overall: We looked for a while for a traffic counter solution we could integrate with our proprietary software, and SMS allows us to do that easily. We have installed them in all of our stores, and use the data to track and update our store layouts and enhance our marketing efforts.
