SMS Storetraffic ships with Fedex Express or ships from Amazon warehouses. Title and risk of loss to products shall pass to Customer upon shipment from SMS Storetraffic facility. In no event shall SMS Storetraffic have any liability for loss or damage during shipment. SMS Storetraffic shall endeavor to initiate shipment within 2 business days. SMS Storetraffic shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to notice such delay.
To limit the potential for fraud when shipping internationally, SMS Storetraffic reserves the right to refuse an order. In this case, your credit card will be reimbursed. Should this occur, we will communicate with you and offer details or alternatives.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
Return shipping costs will be assumed by SMS Storetraffic for returns initiated from the USA and Canada only.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, except for the mounting brackets, which are not required to be returned.

Some of our products, such as the different 3D SCOPE II LC models, can record or display video through their Web interface. It is your responsibility to respect local laws regarding viewing or recording videos in your location when using these features. A typical example is that you may need to mention that your customers are being filmed while in your location.
Software subscription to T.M.A.S. SaaS will renew automatically on expiration, calculated by adding the subscription period to the invoice date. Automatic renewal can be canceled before the next renewal using by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Usage of the software is subject to SMS Storetraffic’s terms and conditions. Software renewal will automatically be charged to your payment method on file (i.e. Credit card if you ordered online), this can be changed by contacting email@example.com or by in the software in the Manage Subscription window.
Unlimited users: users must be employees or consultants of the Customer. SMS Storetraffic reserves the right to limit abusive usage.
Unlimited API calls: there are no limits on the number of calls, but a rate-limiter by IP applies. SMS Storetraffic can also request the Customer to make changes to the API calls if SMS Storetraffic deems the usage to be abusive or sub-optimal.
Calibration and audit limitations: SMS Storetraffic will work diligently with the Customer to resolve accuracy concerns. SMS Storetraffic will perform tests and an audit that is accessible on-demand by the Storetraffic Customer. To protect against abusive requests, SMS Storetraffic reserves the right to emit a final official opinion on accuracy after performing tests and an audit.
Accuracy Guarantee does not apply if the device has been moved, is not placed correctly, or if the architecture/design of the entrance changes due to renovations.

Occupancy Limitation: no people counting devices on the market can guarantee 100% accuracy. As such, our solution does not come with a 100% accuracy guarantee regarding occupancy figures. Yet, the data remains infinitely more accurate than manual counting.
As an SMS Storetraffic client, you understand that the solution’s ability to report on occupancy can be affected by limiting factors. For instance: issues with your WiFi network, someone or something blocking the counting device’s signal, or a person entering that takes a step back and walks in again. Errors could therefore add up over time. That’s why you can configure your people counter to reset occupancy daily or weekly, and why we advise users to keep an eye on occupancy numbers to make adjustments when needed through the app or software.
