About Our Business and the Data We Collect

SMS Storetraffic ("SMS", "we", "our") operates the storetraffic.com website, the T.M.A.S. Platform, the iOS/Android Storetraffic App, and help.storetraffic.com (collectively, the "Service").

Our hardware and software products are sold exclusively to businesses. The information we ask you to provide is professional in nature. While using our Service, users should input business information only and not personal data. To ensure we control and report correctly on who accesses information stored in our Software Platforms, we log IP addresses, time and date of login, device type, OS version and browser version.

Regardless of the above, we protect any data we collect, including professional email addresses, business phone numbers, and first and last names. We understand that some users may unintentionally input personal data even if it is not required or intended while using our Service; we therefore always protect any data we collect.

Industry Benchmarks

We may use anonymized and aggregated business data from our Customers to provide industry benchmarks, such as traffic trends and averages. We compile and deliver these benchmarks only when full anonymity can be assured. We do not use any personally identifiable data in these benchmarks.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

We use third-party cloud services and software, which means data may sometimes be stored in locations other than the Province of Quebec, Canada, where our business is headquartered. We take great care in selecting third-party cloud services and software to ensure the security and privacy of all business data collected.

Among our services, only the storetraffic.com website uses cookies that may contain personally identifiable information, and only if you allow it. Our other platforms (T.M.A.S. Platform, iOS/Android Storetraffic App, help.storetraffic.com) make minimal use of cookies and do not collect personal data through them.

For visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, or other jurisdictions where required by law, performance and third-party cookies will only be activated if you expressly allow them (Opt-In). In certain US states where third-party cookies are considered a "sale" of personal information, you will be presented with a means to refuse them (Opt-Out).
